Bathroom smelled like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time, spider in the corner next to the sink peeling borders. I get that they are going for a laid back hipster vibe but the cleanliness was unacceptable. Several baked goods were out uncovered and there were several flies crawling/flying around. The outdoor gazebo seating was scenic with a well maintained landscape. Despite the cleaning issue we tried the sticky buns, about $5 each after tax. The topping of chopped pecans and caramel was good but wasn't enough to make it seem like a treat. It was more like a dinner roll than a dessert. My wife asked me if there was something wrong with them after the first bite because of the bite of the sourdough, after the first bite it's less noticable but we didn't take too many more bites mainly ate the topping and tossed the roll. Maybe the other offerings are better.

There are two locations. One on Hwy 65N and the bigger one with the immense bread oven. Fresh baked all natural breads, desserts and lunch. Fantastic products for sale that you won't find in an average grocery store.

We visited Serenity Farm Bread on our way to Branson, MI. We found some of their wonderful treats elsewhere, but they were still baking them when we visited. They only had bread for sale. They were easy to find off the highway (following Google Maps.)

Great stop for coffee and a treat, or any organic groceries, fresh bread, and natural toiletry products you may need. The lemon blueberry cheesecake was amazing, and the chocolate eclair was a delight. Coffee is great too!

One of those places that is worth the drive, no matter the distance. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Do not pass this place, you will be happy you didn’t. Stock up!!
